NEET Age Criteria
The NEET 2023 eligibility criteria for appearing in NEET UG, as per related Regulations of NMC and DCI are as follows:-
- He/she has completed 17 years of age at the time of admission or will complete that age on or before 31 December of the year of his/her admission to the first year of the Undergraduate Medical Course.
Minimum Age Limit
The candidates age limit applying for the NEET 2023 exam must be born on or before 31 December 2006.

NEET Exam Pattern
The Test pattern of NEET (UG) – 2023 comprises four Subjects – Physics, Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology.
Each subject will consist of two sections. Section A will consist of 35 Questions and Section B will have 15 Questions. In the section B, out of these 15 Questions, candidates can choose to attempt any 10 Questions. You don’t need to answer all the 15 questions, even if you do, only the first 10 question’s answer will be counted.
Marking system: There is a negative marking for the wrong answer. Each correct answer will carry 4 marks. Wrong answer will have a negative marking of minus one (-1). Unattempted/unanswered will not be given any marks.
