| 3 | Health Management Specialist | 1. Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience at the national/state levels in planning, programming, implementation monitoring and evaluation of technical cooperation programs related to Health. Professional work experience in a managerial position or a technical expert position in managing/ assessing health infrastructure at the state/ national level will be an asset. 2. Should have experience in functionality assessment of hospital/ diagnostic equipment. 3. Should have extensive experience in emerging technology in health care management. 4. Experience working in Government programs/ projects or externally aided projects preferred. 5. Familiar with MS Office and the Internet |
